Shipping Policy & FAQs

Currency Conversion (Non Australian Customers)

All prices listed on this website are charged in Australian Dollars.

Our currency converter app allows you to browse and shop our store using prices in your local currency. However, please note that the checkout page will show your final price in Australian dollars only. The price charged in your local currency will be determined by your banking institution, based on the current rate of exchange at the time of purchase.

Please note that all currency converters are to be treated as a guide only. You can find out your actual exchange rate by contacting your bank or credit card provider.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy. Simply browse through our selection of products and when you see something you like, press the "Add to cart" button. Once you have completed shopping and are ready to move on to payment, all your selected items will be listed in the checkout.

You may review your order and make any changes you need. When you are happy with your order, press the "Checkout" button and follow the prompts and enter your details. You will be asked to include your email address so we can send you an invoice and your ParcelPost tracking number with a link for you to track your item. 

 *GST is already included in all prices listed for our products and is shown as a separate amount on your invoice for your information only, it is not an addition to your total. Shipping will be added to the checkout


Free shipping applies to orders over $59 AUD. For Australian residents.


***For International Customers***

We now ship to the UK, USA, Canada and New Zealand. All postage costs include tracking and signature on delivery. You can find postage rates and estimated delivery times on Australia Post's website or at the checkout.

Parcel Post International Rates & Times

Please set the posting "From" postcode to 3040. We send all international packages using standard parcel delivery with signature on delivery.

 *Important note*: Where applicable, the customer is responsible for all import costs and/or import taxes as charged by the customs department in your country of residence.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We post Australia wide using Australia Post's Parcel Post delivery service. We process our orders within 24 hours of receiving the funds cleared to our account (Excluding weekends and public holidays), and all our items are delivered with tracking service. You will be notified via email with your tracking number, once your order is ready to be shipped.

Australia Post standard delivery timetables are:

  • Up to 4 business days for deliveries to metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide,Canberra, Brisbane and Tasmania.
  • Up to 6 business days for deliveries to Perth and Darwin.
  • If you live outside a major metropolitan area, an added delivery time of up to 4 days can be expected, from your nearest capital city.

 

Is shipping included in the price?

If you place an order with us within Australia totalling $59+ you will see the option for "Free Shipping" has already been selected for you at the checkout.

For all other orders, we have a Flat Rate shipping price of $7.45*. Australia only.

For our New Zealand customers we have a Free Shipping rate if the total of your order is $150 or more.

 

What are your payment options?

We accept PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. We also accept LAY-BUY purchase where you can pay for your order in monthly installments via Paypal. Your order will be shipped once final payment has cleared.

Alternatively, if you live in Australia you can choose to use AFTERPAY, where you can receive your order now, and pay with your credit/debit card over 4 easy fortnightly installments. Please see AFTERPAY's website for more information.

NOTE: If your application for payment via AFTERPAY has been declined, please contact AFTERPAY directly. To protect your privacy, AFTERPAY does not disclose any of your financial information to us. The most common reasons your payment may have been declined are:

  • Your credit/debit card has expired
  • You have reached your maximum payment plan limit on your AFTERPAY account
  • Your order is above AFTERPAY's maximum credit limit

Please note that snail mail payments will take longer to be delivered, as we can only process your order once the funds have cleared, which in some cases can take up to 7 business days. Please remember to print off a copy of your invoice at the checkout and include it with your cheque or money order before you send it to us.

 

How do I know which size to choose?

Please take a look at our Size Chart and follow the instructions given for taking a few simple body measurements. Match your measurements up to those given on the size chart, always choosing the size under which your largest measurement fits.

For eg: If your bust measurement in the chart falls under a size 16, but your waist measurement falls under a size 14, choose the larger size to ensure correct fitting.

International customers please note, all sizes listed on this website are to AUSTRALIAN standards. Please check your own measurements against the size chart to find your correct size. For eg: A size 12 AUS is roughly the equivalent of a US size 8. It is important to check your measurements correctly.

If when you recieve your garment in the mail and find it is the wrong fit, please email us ASAP to organise an exchange for a smaller or larger size. We have a 14 day time frame to organise a return for exchange or refund, so please don't delay your request. Please note that when requesting an exchange for a different size, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage to us. So please remember to check your measurements against the size guides provided, to avoid unecessary exchange costs.
