Currency Conversion (Non Australian Customers)
All prices listed on this website are shown and charged in Australian Dollars. While currency converters are a handy way to show our prices in your local currency, the final amount charged will be determined by your bank's current conversion rate, and any fees your bank may or may not charge for conducting international transactions. As currency rates continually fluctuate, we recommend you use all currency converters as a general guide only. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Simply browse through our selection of products and when you see something you like, press the "Add to cart" button. Once you have completed shopping and are ready to move on to payment, all your selected items will be listed in the checkout.
You may review your order and make any changes you need. When you are happy with your order, press the "Checkout" button and follow the prompts and enter your details. You will be asked to include your email address so we can send you an invoice and your ParcelPost tracking number with a link for you to track your item.
*GST is already included in all prices listed for our products and is shown as a separate amount on your invoice for your information only, it is not an addition to your total. Shipping will be added to the checkout

We now ship to the USA, Canada and New Zealand. All postage costs include tracking and signature on delivery. You can find postage rates and estimated delivery times on Australia Post's website.
Please set the posting "From" postcode to 3040. We send all international packages using standard parcel delivery. Signature on delivery includes a $4.99 additional cost.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We post Australia wide using Australia Post's Parcel Post delivery service. We process our orders within 24 hours of receiving the funds cleared to our account (Excluding weekends and public holidays), and all our items are delivered with tracking service. You will be notified via email with your tracking number, once your order is ready to be shipped.
Australia Post standard delivery timetables are:
- Up to 4 business days for deliveries to metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide,Canberra, Brisbane and Tasmania.
- Up to 6 business days for deliveries to Perth and Darwin.
- If you live outside a major metropolitan area, an added delivery time of up to 4 days can be expected, from your nearest capital city.
Is shipping included in the price?
If you place an order with us within Australia totalling $59+ you will see the option for "Free Shipping" has already been selected for you at the checkout.
For all other orders, we have a Flat Rate shipping price of $7.45*.
What are your payment options?
We accept PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. We also accept LAY-BUY purchase where you can pay for your order in monthly installments via Paypal. Your order will be shipped once final payment has cleared.
Alternatively, if you live in Australia you can choose to use AFTERPAY, where you can receive your order now, and pay with your credit/debit card over 4 easy fortnightly installments. Please see AFTERPAY's website for more information.
NOTE: If your application for payment via AFTERPAY has been declined, please contact AFTERPAY directly. To protect your privacy, AFTERPAY does not disclose any of your financial information to us. The most common reasons your payment may have been declined are:
- Your credit/debit card has expired
- You have reached your maximum payment plan limit on your AFTERPAY account
- Your order is above AFTERPAY's maximum credit limit

Please note that snail mail payments will take longer to be delivered, as we can only process your order once the funds have cleared, which in some cases can take up to 7 business days. Please remember to print off a copy of your invoice at the checkout and include it with your cheque or money order before you send it to us.
How do I know which size to choose?
Please take a look at our Size Chart and follow the instructions given for taking a few simple body measurements. Match your measurements up to those given on the size chart, always choosing the size under which your largest measurement fits.
For eg: If your bust measurement in the chart falls under a size 16, but your waist measurement falls under a size 14, choose the larger size to ensure correct fitting.
We have endeavoured to provide an accurate conversion between UK and USA sizes into AUS size, based upon these measurements in listed the size chart.
If when you recieve your garment in the mail and find it is the wrong fit, please email us ASAP to organise an exchange for a smaller or larger size. We have a 14 day time frame to organise a return for exchange or refund, so please don't delay your request.
